Hardware Inspector ServiceDesk is the integral part of Hardware Inspector and Hardware Inspector Client/Server, because it is in these programs you can edit catalogs of the Service Desk module, print reports and make some settings.

All our products can work with a single database. The Service Desk module must installed on the computer with the database.

You can work with requests using both the web-interface and the Service Desk built in our computer inventory programs.
